Carina Paton

VoltaMetrics was founded in March 2024 by Carina Paton as a women-owned small business.

Carina has 15 years of experience in clean energy consulting in the United States and globally.

She manages emerging clean energy technology programs and projects that monitor and evaluate technology and building performance, provide quality assurance, implement programs, and research policy and regulation.

Her projects span residential, commercial, and community applications in building performance, commercial foodservice equipment, energy storage, ground- and air-source heat pumps, solar PV, fuel cells, combined heat and power (or cogeneration) and thermal and electrical microgrids.

Carina holds a MPhil in Environmental Technology, a BSc(hons) in Physics, and is a Certified Geothermal Inspector.
